What is a ramification? After I found so much wrong in the Ramifications letter of August 11th, 2008 I started checking everything. I noticed that there was an ORC(Ohio Revised Code) section 703.20 that was supposed to show us the law concerning the debt we were told we would have if we dissolved the village. I wanted to understand our situation concerning the debt we residents were told we would have and not just take their word for it. The code ended up being as accurate as the debts! It was the wrong code! __________________ |
