I submitted my letter to the Village Solicitor on March 12th, 2009. It is now April 1st, 2009 and other than a question over the phone as to what I wanted I have heard nothing directly back from anyone. I am going to try to get some answers about some of the things that are in defense of Union Township in the letter that Pam Barker received. The first thing I am going to try to resolve is the unbelievable "oral contract change". Who would have ever thought! Well at any rate today I sent the below letter and public records reply from Amelia Village to Village Solicitor Laura Abrams in an attempt to see how far the investigation concerning the oral agreement has come. I will let you know when I get any response.
