I am in the process of researching all aspects of the Union Township contract that we all know has problems. These problems are not just with the staffing either. I have started asking questions to the Village Administration and as usual Ellington passed the first question on to Solicitor Abrams. She sent me a very respectable answer to my question but at the end of the answer, the fine print so to speak, there was the following warning: The information contained in this e-mail message is attorney privileged and confidential information intended only for the use of the individual or entity named above. If the reader of this message is not the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any dissemination, distribution or copying of this communication is strictly prohibited. If you have received this communication in error, please immediately notify us by telephone. Thank you. It was not in italics or bold print. So I sent Solicitor Abrams the following reply:
