I really for the life of me have not been able to figure out why in the world we would want a Fire/EMS department as far away as Withamsville or on the other side of 32 on old 74 when we had two excellent fire departments as close and as good as BMOP and Pierce Township! But now it seems important that we do know since it seems that Union Township has breached their contract and no one in the Village administration wants ro admit it! So here is what I have found so far. It is in th form of the following emails since I want answers from the Village on these new issues! Please read the following:    
These questions need to be answered! Do we have any legal remedy against the Village and Union Township should these issues be true? I know this! If enough of us vote YES on issue 1 on May 5th IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! __________________ |
